LoanWale (operated by MD Financial Services, “LoanWale,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a loan advisory and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) platform based at Surat Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat 395001, India. We are not a bank or NBFC. We help users compare and connect with our RBI-registered lending partners for personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards and related financial products.

2. Information we collect

When you use our website, submit an inquiry form, or message us on WhatsApp/call/email, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email address, city.
• Loan-related details: loan type, approximate amount required, employment/business type (if shared by you).
• Communication records: messages exchanged via WhatsApp, call, email or our contact form.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for or store sensitive financial credentials such as your OTP, net-banking password, UPI PIN, or full card/account numbers on this website. If a lending partner requires such details as part of their own KYC/application process, that occurs on the lender’s own platform, governed by the lender’s own privacy policy.

• To understand your loan requirement and match you with a suitable lending partner.
• To contact you regarding your inquiry via call, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To improve our website, services and customer support.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Sharing with lending partners & third parties

We share your information only with the specific bank(s) or NBFC(s) relevant to the loan product you have expressed interest in, so that they can assess your eligibility and process your application. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties or data brokers.

We may also share limited data with service providers who help us operate the website (e.g., website hosting, analytics, WhatsApp Business messaging), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Consent & communication

By submitting our inquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or providing your contact details, you consent to LoanWale and the relevant lending partner(s) contacting you regarding your loan inquiry via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at finaxyindia@gmail.com or +91 90990 08561, after which we will stop further marketing communication (note: lenders you have already applied with may continue to contact you regarding an active application).

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information held by us, and to withdraw consent for further communication.
