LoanWale (operated by MD Financial Services) is a loan advisory and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution, and we do not sanction, disburse or service loans directly. We facilitate comparison and connection between users and our RBI-registered lending partners (“Lending Partners”). Our role is limited to advisory and referral assistance.

3. User eligibility & responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a loan agreement to use our services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information in any inquiry or application.
• You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying all loan terms, interest rates, fees and conditions directly with the relevant Lending Partner before accepting any offer.

4. No guarantee of approval

We do not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, loan amount, or disbursement timeline. All lending decisions, terms and conditions are determined solely by the relevant Lending Partner based on their own credit policy, your eligibility, documentation and risk assessment.

5. Fees

LoanWale does not charge any upfront or advance fee to provide advisory or comparison services. Any processing fee, service charge or other cost associated with a loan is levied by the Lending Partner as per their own published policy — always confirm applicable charges directly with the Lending Partner before proceeding.

6. Intellectual property & trademarks

All content on this Website — including text, design, graphics and the LoanWale name and logo — is owned by or licensed to MD Financial Services, unless otherwise stated. Bank, NBFC and other third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced or displayed on this Website belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and comparison purposes. Their appearance on this Website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership, unless expressly stated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanWale and MD Financial Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from: (a) reliance on indicative rates or information shown on this Website; (b) a Lending Partner’s decision to approve, reject, or modify the terms of any loan application; or (c) any dispute between you and a Lending Partner arising from a loan you obtained through our referral.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
